Lourdes was born in Lima, Peru. She trained at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting (NY - Paul Takacs) and the Performers Studio Workshop (Tampa, FL - Kathy Laughlin). Lourdes grew up in South Florida and studied at Dreyfoos School of the Arts, Palm Beach Atlantic University, and New York University. Lourdes is also a classically trained and professional classical singer.
